Pamela’s focus is on the shift from a thought-based human doer to an awareness-based human being. In some circles, this is called vertical development or inside-out transformation. The attention is on clarity, creative engagement, agility, emotional intelligence, and well-being.

Individuals engage Pamela for 3-6+ months when they want to: explore habitual tendencies, connect with natural intelligence, and apply awareness in daily life. All work is inside-out oriented and evidence-based.

Individual Engagements

The focus: revealing autopilot patterns, grounding in natural intelligence, experimenting with daily challenges, and stabilizing in embodied awareness. The commitment: sessions every 2-3 weeks, experiential homework, support between sessions, and options for deep dive experiences.

An engagement may include a 360° profile assessment. The Leadership Circle Profile comprehensively combines feedback on management style, personality, competencies, and underlying reactive tendencies. It is the only instrument that measures both creative competencies and reactive tendencies.

Pamela works with organizations and groups who are curious about human awareness and possibilities. This can include longer-term initiatives or one-time events involving workshops, retreats, speaking, training, or programs. All group work is highly experiential.
